I'm looking for wide width rain boots for men. I can't find them anywhere!! Can someone please help me out!

I'm looking for rubber typed rain boots in size 13 wide for my husband. I can't find any wide width rain boots anywhere. I don't want boots that go over your shoes and I am looking to spend less than $50. I would also like to know if wide width is even necessary. Do boots run wider than usual or not? I'm just wondering why I can't find this size anywhere. I've been looking for days online. Thanks to anyone who can help me out!!
