It would mean a lot to this little girl to have rainboots! Her feet are shaped differently and can't wear regular rain boots that pull on. Thanks very much.
Where can I find a pair of youth (girls) zip up rain boots, in pink or purple in size 12?
shoe carnival and macys i think have some not sure if they zip though
