Where can I find bright yellow rain boots ?
this might sound crazy, but try walmart. they had them last year.

Try Eddie Bauer. There is a new one in the Eaton Center. I do know that they have blue (in the store by me) and haven't seen yellow but usually the catalog will carry more colors.

Reply:Wal-mart has all kinds of different colors of rain boots.. and they are affordable. my fav one are pink.. but they have yellow as well
