Book came out within the past five years, has a cover showing the water boots of a little girl, and is for children. I think it had something to do with a red umbrella, but I am not sure! The colors were light on the front and all you could see was the bottom of her raincoat and the boots.
Please help me find what book this is! Had a little girl on the front with boots in the rain...?
Not sure but was it My Red Umbrella by Robert Bright?
Reply:it could be one of the Ramona Quimby books by Beverly Cleary. i had one with a cover like that when i was a kid.
