What kind of shoes are needed to wear in London to keep my feet warm and dry since there is rain? converse ok?

or are rain boots needed to keep my feet dry? are converse okay to wear while walking around the rainy streets of London? nad what kind of shoes do people in London wear while thy are walking around?

Converse wouldn't be too practical when London recieves really heavy rain. You probably be better getting a pair of Wellington Boots as they are really waterproof but dont always look too good. Try Timberland Boots or get a good pair of walking boots because there is alot of walking to do in London. But if you can get a good pair of leather trainers or boots I'm sure they will keep your feet nice and warm and dry!!

Seriously though, probably a good pair of leather/non fabric shoes are the best if rain is forecast. Plus then you can go into nicer restaurants looking a little classier if a nice restaurant should present itself while you're walking around :) Which in London they often do.





Converse are pretty cute though. Save them for a nice day in the spring/summer though.
