Where can i find some moderately or low priced cute, stylish winter and rain boots?
i just ordered a pair from target...they were $40 and they are cute enough that i can wear them to school cuz here in boston the weather gets pretty bad in winter..they look good and they have enough traction so i wont slip and bust my a$s
