I'm looking for a cute, cheap pair of rain boots. Basically, the parameters are:
-Not too wide so they brush together and make squishy noises/fall off your feet.
-Not too high; not looking for ankle boots or anything, but the higher ones tend to be the wide ones.
-Cheap
-In the vicinity of tasteful (not necessarily plain and neutral-toned; just not lime green or tye-dye or anything)
