I live in New York and I'm looking to buy snow/rain boots that are decently priced for these snow days we've been getting. I see alot of people with them and have looked everywhere to no avail. Help!
Does anyone know where I can buy plastic snow boots/rain boots?

Reply:well it may be a bit late now. i saw most of them in late winter. i say try urban outiffters, H%26amp;M, American Eagle and Hot topic has all kinds i know for sure. i also love my knit uggs. they are all fairly cheap and super cute. they have online stores too.

Reply:They are more likely to be rubber than plastic and any regular shoe store should have them. Don't bother with the fashion houses. JC Penny probably has them and possibly Kinney's.
