This may seem like a dumb question, but are rain supposed to slip over the shoe? Or go directly on the foot, like the ones they sell at Target. My daughter is 2 1/2 and wears a size 7.5 and want to take her to the park tomorrow, the weather will finally be nice but of course it's still muddy.
Rain boots?
