Please don't tell me to try ebay, I don't really feel comfortable buying shoes from ebay, don't ask why, Does anyone know a store (or online store) that sells size 11 rain boots for women, the biggest I could find is size 10. Please help me. I know Target has them for cheap, around $20, just not in size 11 though.

Zappos.com has a HUGE selection of shoes, pretty much anything you can think of. I just did a quick search there for Rain Boots in size 11, they have a few pairs...none as cheap as Target though. Check it out and see if you like a pair!
